REGENT'S SPORT
The home of Regent's sport teams.
Whether you are looking to participate in one of the clubs at a competitive or recreational level in 2021, we have something for you!
Exercise isn’t just about keeping fit. Physical activity can help us think and feel positively - we sleep better, have more energy and can use our time exercising to be present in the moment or connect with others.

Indoor Leisure and Organised Indoor Physical Activity and Spor
Indoor gyms and sports facilities will be required to close.
Outdoor Physical Activity and Sport
Outdoor sports courts, outdoor gyms, golf courses, outdoor swimming pools, archery/driving/shooting ranges, riding centres and playgrounds can remain open for individual exercise, and for people to use with others within your household, support bubble, or with one person from another household.
People may continue to do unlimited exercise alone or in a public outdoor place with their household, support bubble, or one other person.
U18s and Disabled People
Organised outdoor sport for under 18s and disabled people will be permitted.
Indoor sport is allowed for under 18s for educational purposes or to facilitate childcare that enables parents or carers to work, seek work, or take part in education.

Liability
Participation in and replication of online exercise content and virtual group exercise classes is undertaken at the risk of the participant and in the full understanding that this is undertaken voluntarily.
Regent's University London is not responsible or liable for any injury or harm sustained as a result of interaction with live, recorded or stored content contained within, the Student Union pages and or, other Regent's Sport Social media Channels.
Your Health
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to exercise, are in good physical condition and have no disease, physical limitation, health concern or injury that would be aggravated or would be the cause of any injury sustained, during or as a result of participating in these online activities either directly or indirectly.
You should cease exercise immediately if you feel unwell or experience any discomfort or pain.
Your Environment
It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen exercise environment is safe and appropriate for the purpose.
- That there is sufficient space to perform exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or hazards
- That any equipment you use is safe and in a suitable condition
- There are no distractions
- Your environment is a suitable temperature with good ventilation
- You have water available
