DISABILITY SPORT AND FITNESS - FINDING WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

When you’re managing a health condition, being active is about finding what works for you, particularly when the way you feel can change from day to day. So, we’ve brought together three specific expert organisations to help you in your journey.

Click in each organisation to know more, super easy!

Parasport

Parasport are producing home workout routines especially designed for disabled people. New content will be added to the website all the time, so keep an eye on the latest updates.

MS Society

Symptoms of multiple sclerosis can make it hard to exercise. So, the MS Society has worked with personal trainer Dom to create a range of exercises for people with MS. These workouts are designed for different levels of mobility.

British Blind Sport

Audio workouts, both live and on demand, for people with visual impairments - including audio transcripts. They provide and promote oportunities for blind and partially sighted people to access to great information related to fitness.
